Reproductive Health Educator & Facilitator

Hi, everyone! Welcome.

I’m Lauren, a Reproductive Health Educator and Facilitator who supports people in becoming more comfortable with their bodies.

Whether I’m supporting you with learning your cycle for the first time, expressing your needs to a partner or being there as you move through postpartum or perimenopause - the root is the same.

When we slow down, listen and learn our bodies cues we can become more ourselves in the process - we can then access more pleasure and enjoy life in fuller way.

Since 2013, I’ve been exploring how holistic health and modern medicine can work together to create a new way to relate to our reproductive health.

Thanks for being here.

  • “Lauren has an incredible gift for creating a space where you feel completely safe to share the most intimate details of your life. Not only does she make you feel heard and understood, but she also opens up conversations you didn’t even realize you needed to have. In just one session, Lauren helped me recognize where I am on my unique journey and mapped out a clear path to manage my fertility goals. She also guided me in reconnecting with where I am right now, allowing me to feel more grounded and empowered. What stood out to me the most is how Lauren highlighted that reproductive health is not a single destination but an ongoing journey—one with many stages, each requiring its own approach and focus. Thanks to her insight and guidance, I already feel more confident about what’s next and, more importantly, how to embrace and enjoy this beautiful, evolving journey of womanhood.”

I support women and people throughout the womb continuum.

In my practice, the term womb continuum reflects the interconnected stages of the womb's journey throughout a lifetime—from menarche to menopause and all the transitions in between, including menstruation, sex, abortion, postpartum, and more.

This framework acknowledges the womb as part of a dynamic system, not isolated experiences. It invites us to see these stages as interconnected and influential, shaping not just our physical health, but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.

While the origins of the term womb continuum are rooted in the language of reproductive health and somatic healing communities, I use it as a lens to guide my work in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and embrace each phase as an opportunity for growth and transformation.

  • “I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked with Lauren, but I’m so grateful I did. She’s creating a much-needed space for women—right in the belly of where medical guidance meets counselling. She was knowledgeable, upfront, kind, and had such a comforting presence, which made all the difference when discussing personal and sensitive topics. Lauren provided a completely judgment-free space where I felt safe to explore, learn, and gain new perspectives on life, motherhood, and my body. I can’t recommend her enough!”
