Reclaim Your Health

Support Throughout the Womb Continuum

I work with you to redefine your reproductive health.

Together, we turn experiences of judgment, discomfort and self-doubt into empowered body connection.

Hi, I’m Lauren.

I’m a Reproductive Health Educator, Facilitator and Doula based in Vancouver, B.C who offers both in person and virtual services for those seeking holistic support with their health.

I’ve spent the last four years leading and managing sexual health clinics across the province and I also hold a Masters of Health Communication with a focus on Reproductive & Sexual Health.

It is my mission to bring empowered and embodied care to more people so they can feel more deeply connected to their bodies, learn their unique rhythms and make informed choices.

“Lauren has an incredible gift for creating a space where you feel completely safe to share the most intimate details of your life. Not only does she make you feel heard and understood, but she also opens up conversations you didn’t even realize you needed to have.

In just one session, Lauren helped me recognize where I am on my unique journey and mapped out a clear path to manage my fertility goals. She also guided me in reconnecting with where I am right now, allowing me to feel more grounded and empowered.

What stood out to me the most is how Lauren highlighted that reproductive health is not a single destination but an ongoing journey—one with many stages, each requiring its own approach and focus. Thanks to her insight and guidance, I already feel more confident about what’s next and, more importantly, how to embrace and enjoy this beautiful, evolving journey of womanhood.”
