1:1 Sessions
1:1 sessions are designed to provide embodied, expansive and transformative support for your reproductive and sexual health.
My work bridges the gap between the western medical system and the community - clients have shared that they feel like I fill a role that combines medical guidance and counselling.
I provide personalized support through a variety of different ways:
I show up present to our sessions and offer a container that is safe and welcoming
I prioritize your emotional well-being, capacity and boundaries
I share resources (podcasts, apps, books, articles), relevant recipes, guided meditations (made just for you), and referrals to other health practitioners who could be complimentary to whatever challenge you are working through.
I weave together my years of work in public health, doula work, self study and mentorship to bring a unique perspective that bridges the western medical model and holistic health practices.
I believe in meeting you where you are at and I trust in your own innate healing potential - the body is so full of wisdom and sometimes we need a supportive presence to unlock and give permission to these parts.

“In her 1:1 sessions, Lauren creates a supportive and welcoming space that meets you exactly where you are. As someone new to cycle tracking and fertility awareness, she taylor-ed (ha!) the conversation to fit my needs, offering practical ways to incorporate daily practices for tuning into my body. She also provided helpful resources to guide my learning journey. There’s no pressure or judgment—just an open, safe space to explore, learn, and discuss. Lauren shares her knowledge in a clear, approachable way, and I left the session feeling both excited to dive deeper into cycle tracking and empowered with a clear plan to get started."

Emotional, physical and educational support throughout the womb continuum.
What is the womb continuum?
In my practice, the term womb continuum reflects the interconnected stages of the womb's journey throughout a lifetime—from menarche to menopause and all the transitions in between, including menstruation, sex, abortion, postpartum, and more.
This framework acknowledges the womb as part of a dynamic system, not isolated experiences. It invites us to see these stages as interconnected and influential, shaping not just our physical health, but also our emotional, mental, and spiritual wellbeing.
While the origins of the term womb continuum are rooted in the language of reproductive health and somatic healing communities, I use it as a lens to guide my work in helping individuals reconnect with their bodies and embrace each phase as an opportunity for growth and transformation.
“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked with Lauren, but I’m so grateful I did. She’s creating a much-needed space for women—right in the belly of where medical guidance meets counselling. She was knowledgeable, upfront, kind, and had such a comforting presence, which made all the difference when discussing personal and sensitive topics. Lauren provided a completely judgment-free space where I felt safe to explore, learn, and gain new perspectives on life, motherhood, and my body. I can’t recommend her enough!”

“Lauren holds a deeply nurturing and safe space, making it incredibly comfortable to talk about my body and my woman cycle. During our session, I felt truly seen, supported, and guided in understanding what my body needs during my moon cycle. Her wisdom and knowledge are profound, and her advice was both insightful and grounding. I left feeling more attuned to my body’s signals and with a clearer sense of balance in how to care for myself. Lauren’s energy is warm, wise, and sustaining, and I deeply appreciated the experience. I highly recommend working with her!”
