Support and Care from Menarche to Menopause
Guidance for every stage of your reproductive health
Hi, everyone! Welcome. I’m Lauren.
I’m a reproductive health practitioner, educator and doula based in Vancouver, B.C. I work with clients in 1:1 sessions, groups and also offer support in person as a doula.
Whether you are exploring getting off of birth control, moving through a pregnancy release experience or in the midst of the tender postpartum phase, my approach is rooted in nourishment, rest and tailored support as a way to stay connected to yourself.
I believe deeply in moving slowly, making daily pleasure a priority and taking the time you need to understand your body so you can show up for yourself particularly in times of transition or change.
Since 2013, I’ve been exploring how holistic health and modern medicine can work together to create a new way to relate to our reproductive health.
Thanks for being here.

“I wasn’t sure what to expect when I booked with Lauren, but I’m so grateful I did. She’s creating a much-needed space for women—right in the belly of where medical guidance meets counselling. She was knowledgeable, upfront, kind, and had such a comforting presence, which made all the difference when discussing personal and sensitive topics. Lauren provided a completely judgment-free space where I felt safe to explore, learn, and gain new perspectives on life, motherhood, and my body. I can’t recommend her enough!”

In our current patriarchal western culture most women (and people with wombs) struggle to feel deeply connected to their bodies. This often shows up as disassociation, choosing unhealthy patterns or partners, difficulty tuning into the heart, limited access to pleasure and inability to slow down.
The medical system further worsens these issues by making it incredibly hard to receive attuned help or get the answers that will actually make a difference.
This gap in care is what has led me to offer holistic, evidence-based support across the reproductive health spectrum as a way to support people to feel more whole and deeply connected to themselves.

“Lauren has an incredible gift for creating a space where you feel completely safe to share the most intimate details of your life. Not only does she make you feel heard and understood, but she also opens up conversations you didn’t even realize you needed to have. In just one session, Lauren helped me recognize where I am on my unique journey and mapped out a clear path to manage my fertility goals. She also guided me in reconnecting with where I am right now, allowing me to feel more grounded and empowered. What stood out to me the most is how Lauren highlighted that reproductive health is not a single destination but an ongoing journey—one with many stages, each requiring its own approach and focus. Thanks to her insight and guidance, I already feel more confident about what’s next and, more importantly, how to embrace and enjoy this beautiful, evolving journey of womanhood.”
